Experience is based on take away. Dinning is altogether different but the way take away was managed I am not very hopeful. The place is really big and spacious with lots of staffs. The reason for poor rating is that the place very ill managed. There are tens of counters but you will find your self running around as each counter will give you a coupon of specific item. And that is just the start. You have to get a coupon at some counter, make payment at some other counter, take payment receipt to exactly same counter, get your stuffs and hand carry to all such counters depending on your purchasing. Yes you guessed right, you have to collect boxes at all those counter and then take it to another counter where you will finally get a carry bag. Its so frustrating that even with a crowd if hardly 50 people which was way below the capacity of the shop, people were bumping into each other. If you want to drive yourself crazy be there guest.

Too disappointing to see dirty crockery. See the photo, it looks like it is never washed from sides. Food is awesome, if you ignore hygiene!
