I have faced worst experience with this branch. they don't know how to do KYC. I have visited this branch for my kyc but their staff did my kyc with uncomplete documents. I have submitted all my documents. after that bank freeze my account my salary stuck in account my EMIs are stopped and I suffer since 1 month they said to me account will be activated within 1-2 days but my account is not activated yet. I have tried everything. I don't know what should I do now I am helpless. my whole salary is stuck in this account. I am suggest to everyone please don't open the account in this bank. #fraudicicibank

Well maintained in times of this pandemic. One thing I like about this place is that it isn't much crowded (popular) branch compared to some other bank's branches around it. It's small in comparison too. This means that you can get your work done either quickly or the staff will be outnumbered. On normal days, there isn't much bustle. But on demonetization days, I have seen the branch overwhelmed. The tablet used to generate tokens there seems to connect to the internet occasionally. It doesn't help because iMobile app is buggy af. There is a single counter for everything. A major improvement would be a KIOSK so that depositing cash wouldn't be as much of a hassle as it is right now. My review might be a little biased as the only purpose for me visiting the branch is to deposit cash. TBH, online banking is my way to go. So I don't have experience in other areas of the services offered by the branch.
Third class service, customer care says timing 4:30 pm and bank says 3:00pm only , what's a good timing of this bank 9:30 to 3:00 pm only 5:30 hours
