This is one of the worst ICICI Bank branch to open an account. If you run into issue, they will make you fool for months, Please do not know there jobs. It seems all unprofessional people are hired and placed together in this branch. My NRI account opening took 2 months and now that I transfered the money I cannot manage as my internet banking was not done..Its months I am doing a follow up with no response....

The people at this branch can’t even undertake a simple task like opening a new account. Totally clueless. Something which should take 3-4 day has taken 12 days and still they don’t know the status of my application. They have the courtesy but courtesy doesn’t help in day to day business. Seniors at ICICI bank, you are losing credibility because of un professional people in this branch. I am other wise having a good opinion for ICICi bank but my experience at sector 137 branch is always disgusting.

Visited this branch today (1st Oct 2020) around 1.30 PM to enquire about the home loan closing procedure. Guard guided me to counter number 5. The gentleman at the counter number said, \mam se pooch ke batata hun\. \Mam\ ( Deputy manager sector 137 branch) walked to counter 5, the guy at counter 5 explained my query to her. She said \home loan hum close nahi karenge . bhaad mei jaao..\ Thankyou, ICICI for this great customer relation and privileged banking!

**So much Disappointing ** I updated beneficiary on wed and it’s been 4th day it’s not yet updated nor the customer care can see any request raised online, also at this time where it’s lockdown I can’t visit the branch every now n then, these bank employees there are so laid back n make their customers visit again n again and again. Can I get the update mam ?? When this will be done or have u lost my form which I have filled that day???? Ladies just talk a lot and flirt with male customers that’s what I saw , no work is done there on time. They just talk nice n do nothing !!
