Very supportive staff. I went there few times for some banking related issues and staff resolved them happily up to my satisfaction. Special thanks to the Deputy Branch Manager who provided prompt response and services.

Pathetic experience , I had simply visited the branch to get my address updated for my credit card account, firstly the executive there told me to get a new credit card issue for no reason , simply the address was to be updated then came the unprofessional guy, Mr. Ravi who i suppose is incharge for getting credit card applications filled later he kept calling me multiple times the same day since he had not done his task properly of checking my account details , as it was a joint account , then he forced me to apply for another card using my account which i have not used in the last 6 years , asking me to re share all my documents everything ....i did everything post that i have been continuously following up on this to get the status of my card since I did not receive any ref. number from the bank, this guy Ravi he's not responding to calls nor reverting back to mails.I suppose the agenda of the employees here is to just get the applications filled for loans and cards and no customer service.....

Bad Branch. They opened my RD on openeing a new account without asking me. This is fraud nothing else. When I noticed I closed my account in this branch. They are ruining the name of ICICI. Manager should work on these issues.

False commitment and slow work. The executives are trained to ask for documents in piece meal manners to buy time so that delay is not on their head. Very pathetic in terms of customer satisfaction.

Very unsupportive people work here. I went for cash deposit at 2:30 and guard did not allow to enter. Branch manager also did not respond. I was ask to come next day or go to other branch. They must learn ethics.
