It's not a gud place with those key points :- 1. They provide you unpaid training which they say is 10 days long but after that it reaches to 25 days. 2. The shift adherence here the 8 hour working time can go long to 10-11 hours. 3. You'll be pressurized to stay there untill you don't give a sale on daily basis ( worst). 4. If you take some leaves due to illness they abscond you and eat your whole month salary. 5. The shift provided by HR is 10am to 7 pm but you have to come here at 9pm as per managers conditions and they don't let you go before 8 pm. If you'll be late even 10 min then your half day will be marked. But you have to work whole day. After all this you're enough smart to take the decision to join this organization or not.

There is no any induction process. 7.They are also judge by your family background. I have joined this organisation and when I want to leave this company than I have done all the documented formality however they didn't pay any stipend at all . I request to all please be aware such kind of scam.. Never ever Join this Fraud Company.
