Pathetic service and response. I had paid an advance amount on 23 Feb 2019 for 1 carpet and 3 footmats. After that there was no response from the owner Mr Khanna and his son Mr Shravan to my messages or calls. Finally Mr Khanna messaged. Delivery received on 21 Jul 2019. Wrong carpet. 2 footmats and those too are not what I had asked for!!! How much worse could the service have been??? I have asked for a refund. Will update the post on recieving a response.
