My AC stopped blowing cold air during a heatwave and during a holiday week which is not a fun situation to be in. I sent out a quote request on a Sunday morning at 6:30AM and Atlas got back to me thirty minutes later and offered to come by that day. I wasn't going to be home for the day so I asked them to come on Monday. Robert from Atlas said he'd be at my house between 9 and 9:30, got there just minutes after 9. Ran diagnostics and my condenser blew, just like I expected. He gave me options to move forward with - either getting through the summer or investing in future summers. Having already put a defibrillator to that condenser once I decided to change out the unit. It was done by 3PM and I'm writing this review from nice and cool house. By the time Robert was leaving I only had three other contractors reach out to me trying to set up a consultation for the following week. So they were prompt, efficient, and quoted me in the range I would have expected. A-service all around.

Rob installed our AC when we switched to 2 zones.... he has many years of experience and has always been available for questions or concerns. I would recommend Atlas to anyone who wants to support a local professional. I can't say enough great things.

I had a very poor experience with Atlas. SUMMARY: My A/C unit was dripping water, it took them 3 visits to determine my unit was low on Freon. Each time I was told it was fixed - and each time it continued dripping water. (I was charged for each visit (570 spent so far)). The unit is still dripping water - right now. I'm not quite sure what to do - if anyone knows someone who can fix my A/C please let me know. Thank you for reading my review. Karina
