I couldn’t ask for a better realtor, real estate company and sales experience that what I received with Matt and Jacobs and Co. Matt helped me buy this house 3 years ago where I received money to buy the house! How does that happen? And today Matt sold it for me...during a pandemic! Matt met with me a couple months before listed just to check things out and help me decide whether to rent or sell. Weeks before we listed, he met with me to devolve his sales strategy which was very robust and made me fell like I was top priority but managed expectations. Matt managed showing that ensure maximum safety during the COVID pandemic and writhing 8 days he deliver me multiple offers and by day 9 we signed a contract. Within less than a month we closed.
