Hired this company a couple of years ago to deal with a sulphur smell in the well. They made a recommendation they said would resolve it. We went with the recommendation. They installed the system, we paid them. The smell continued. They came back a couple of times to try adjustments. It still didn’t resolve the problem. Tried calling them to come back, no response. Called another service to take a look at it. Overheard the tech from the manufacturer say the system they installed was not designed to deal with the problem. Called and emailed them to reconcile the issue. No answer.

We lost water supply this morning. Out of desperation we found a well service company from Fairfax Station based on its ad and recommendations on Nextdoor.com. This turned out to be an expensive mistake. I decided to do more homework and found Oasis Well Services. So glad we had their service. The owner Ken and his assistant were professional, experienced and patient. These qualities mean very much to people like us who know nothing about well water systems. For those of you who are looking for a professional for things related to well water systems including well pumps and water softeners, I highly recommend Oasis.

These people are awesome! Seems to me, they care more about customer than money. Great friendly guys we have used them several times. They get the impossible jobs done! Total cost was MUCH cheaper than other well companies in the area. My only complaint is that they do a 200% markup of parts from what we could find on the internet. Even with the significant markup on parts they still had competitive prices.
Very responsive service to replace my deep well pump. 4 hours from call to completion on a Sunday. Referred by other professional business. We experienced a coincidental bad circuit breaker to our hot water heater. Ken followed up next day and fixed that as well at no additional charge even though it turned out to be unrelated. Very experienced technicians that don't mind explaining what they are doing. Great work!
My water went off this morning. I went down to the basement and I could not get my well pump to run. I did some checking and determined this is the same problem as back in July of 2006 when Oasis came out and replaced my well pump. I called Oasis at 7:00am this morning and a beautiful, live voice helped me, two young men were here by 11:00am, and they figured out my low pressure switch needed to be engaged. They quickly determined my water treatment system had issues. They shunted out the water treatment tank and they had my pump running again in seconds. NO CHARGE they said and drove away. Damn! What can you say? Thanks Oasis.
Answered my questions honestly and cogently, and directed me to a company who could help. Didn't try to falsely generate business or sell me something I didn't need. Honesty is a rarity, and honest business practices even more so!
