When I was shopping for Pools I had no idea how much detail and work goes into it. I‘m usually do my homework well before shopping around. After several estimates and several discourage comments from other pool builders, I came across Precision Aquatics. At the Moment I met Mike I felt my project would be in good hands. He explained everything in detail and only deals with high quality equipment. Yes it took a bit longer as expected but due to all the rain and the COVID 19 issue, we knew it would be a bit longer. We are not completely done with our pool but we are so excited and happy that I wanted to share our experience. If you are shopping for an outstanding pool service or contractor, look no further. Mike is the Pool man you want to hire.

We had Mike and his guys redo our pool. At the beginning of the contract he was informative and quick to act. After a few days work, he did not show up for weeks not informing us of the delays. Aggravation really started when I would call, text, and email with no response back. A week before the contract ended he finally got back to us. Complication of the pool was 3 weeks late. Although it was never really completed leaving several details unfixed. Had to get another contractor to take care of them.

Generally not reliable to show at appointment time. This year they closed our pool and left the panel on auto which had the pool cycle. This is the first year Precision closed our pool. Usually the pool service turns all power off to the pool. The pool cycled 4 days closed and buttoned up because they did not turn power off or set the pool on service once done. We are having to have another company come re-close and determine if there is any damage to our brand NEW pool equipment. We have tolerated a lot because we liked Mike, but him missing the appointment to check on his guys 3 times and expecting a 4th appointment was too much. He now says we changed the panel to auto after they left. Why would we do that? We thought everything was done and didn't even go in the back yard for 4 days when we heard the pool equipment running. We don't recommend Precision. There are others that cost more, but are reliable and professional. I’m having to amend to my review because I see that the company has responded. I don’t generally like to have a public argument, but the response is a lie. This is not the third year in a row we’ve complained about breakers being left on. Generally we complain because a breaker is turned off, which is the lights breaker that powers our light posts out front. In this case your team left the power on to our pool equipment and closed it. You are failing to take responsibility for that, and then compounding it with a lie. I am 100% certain that we did not go back out there and turn the breakers back on. Like I said above, “why would we do that?“. I simply cannot let your response stand unanswered.

Mike and his staff were dependable, professional experts at handling the building of the pool and all the waterfalls and stone features. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for honesty, experienced and quality workmanship. They even finish before the projected date which Gabe me plenty of time to set up my pool warming party, my guests were so impressed several asked for his contract information. While they were here they repaired my hot tub too!
