A bit pricey but in a perfect location next to the beach. Great and friendly service. The food was delicious and served fast. Best spareribs I had so far!

Cozy hasn't changed much since it first opened except the menu which i thought was much better then, and yes over priced for plate service quality of the food could be better . The grill can be on the hotter side so the beef can be charred a little more. But the service excellent especially the one waitress today 19-feb attentive with a smile very helpful, and if there was some dissatisfaction the management would make sure you left satisfied .

Ka-Tas-Tro-Phe! Chill and Grill is the slogan of this restaurant. Chill was obvious. Grill was just regular. This high priced steakhouse was a huge disappointment, the biggest of the whole vacation. After a quick delivery of the first drinks, we were forgotten for 35 minutes until we were able to order. Food took around 40 minutes, an in-between ordered Beer took also 30 minutes to be served. Food was regular: Spare Ribs, separately ordered have two flavors, were served without asking for flavor. The mixed grill plate felt like, they just put the cut-offs of the meat on it. Impressive was just, that they managed to get the 40 Gramm piece of beef to be medium rare. Waiting for the bill also took 20 minutes. Honestly: The waiters were totally chaotic, not able to manage the guests. Although we regularly asked for normal service, nothing changed. Also no apologies. For this high priced grill belonging to the oyal\ hotel this is disappointing. Never again, would not suggest a visit. Other guests were treated similarly and were obviously annoyed.
