A sensational birthday day spa experience with 12 ladies. Mel and the team were amazing. Their professionalism, flexibility to accommodate all our needs and the breeze in which she pulled it all together was an absolute credit to Mel and the team. Everyone could not stop raving about each treatment, the Aqua soa and how relaxing a day it was. Thank you Mel for all your effort and providing us with a fabulous day. Thank you Eva for the best massage I have had in many years. We will all be back!!!

Booked 11 days in advance for my partner and he good friend to both have 2hrs each of treatment on a surprise trip away I organized for them. Both Mums have not had a break from the grinds of motherhood for around 5 years. So I made sure I booked and paid for their entire weekend well in advance so they could just relax, unwind and not have to worry about anything. Well, they arrived at Aqua Day Spa for their booked treatment only to find out the reception staff had made an error when taking the booking 11 days ago and booked it for MARCH !!!!!! instead of February. Reception promptly advised them they were "fully booked" and could not fit them in anywhere to fulfill their PRE-BOOKED treatments. Thank you for ruining their weekend!!! My advice for readers, book elsewhere. At least you will get the treatment you booked.

Wonderful experience and kind, thoughtful and skilled staff members. Were greeted by a lovely smiling face. Then my mum and I went in for exfoliation with access to aqua therapy and the steam room. They had a lovely fruit platter and refreshing ginger tea waiting just before our treatment. Mum likes other tea but Jewel said it was no problem and got it for her. Very relaxing experience all in all. Jewel did my exfoliation - skin felt so soft afterwards. Very therapeutic treatment. Thank you to Michelle also, she was lovely with fixing something for me with no problem. Staff here are clearly experienced and customer service is wonderful. 5/5!
A peaceful place with welcoming staff.
I came here on my first day during my stay at Sofitel and it was the best thing I did. I had the rejuvenation package with Julia and let me just say she is a goddess. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt amazing afterwards. She also gave me some valuable tips on things to do, see and eat for the rest of my holiday. I will most definitely be coming back to the Aqua Day Spa!

Brilliant experience with exceptional customer service. Aqua therapy and steam room followed by massage then facial and a Prosecco to finish off. Suggest you allow at least one and a half hours before treatment for maximum enjoyment of aqua therapy. We were a group of three and couldn’t fault the experience. Terrific value.
