I ordered a boardshort online since the closest Billabong physical store is an hour drive from my place. After a shipping period of 2 weeks (10 days of order preparation and 3 days of delivery), I finally received it, but was disappointed by the quality of the material - it looked very cheap for a 80 dollars boardshort, especially compared to competitors like RipCurl. The size was also odd - it felt like the M size ordered was a XS size. But that's not all. I realised that items purchased online cannot be returned in a physical store. It has to be returned to the exact same location where it was shipped from, otherwise you won't be refunded. After shipping it back (and paying the 15 shipping fees which you cannot claim back to Billabong), I had no news whatsoever 2 weeks after the boardshort was returned to Billabong. It's only after contacting the online customer support that the refund was triggered, which I still have not received back. Saying that I will never order anything from Billabong is the understatement of the year.

I'm currently on holiday in Noosa with my family and I came in to visit one of my favourite stores only to be disappointed and left feeling upset with the way I was spoken to by an older staff member after asking if they had a certain item in stock. I also left feeling uneasy with the way she spoke to her staff.
Today it’s a 1/5. I checked on the web and opening hours are until 5:30. Drive into Noosa, get there at 5:10 and the store is shut. Not happy. Wasted time, fuel and effort. :(
I love this Store, lovely staff, beautiful shop and very good prices :-) Be back in the summer again ;-)
