Both my son and myself go he is 14 and I am 41 the first few months can be challenging, but if you keep at it you will get better, it has made my son stronger and more confident in himself. For me it has helped a lot with my anxiety and it helps me remember what it’s like to be a student and not a teacher. Great place, it’s clean and all the instructors are friendly and always willing to go out of there way to help you. Thanks CAZA
