Peter was very helpful during the buying process, which helps me to determine the watch dial colour choice/selection. Peter even help me re-size the watch steel bracelet (even though I'm purchasing the watch online). The watch was properly packed up and the shipping was very fast. I had been hoping to visit Define Watches in person for ages given their great range of brands but COVID made that too hard. So this week I bought a Sinn 104 via the website. Peter communicated quickly and the package was delivered overnight. Very happy with the watch and service. Highly recommended based on my experience.
If you're an Aussie looking to browse from a range of international watch brands, I can't recommend Define Watches enough. I recently purchased a Hanhart Pioneer One (pictured) to add to my modest collection of timepieces. Within a business day, I received a call from Peter saying the watch was ready to be sent off to the courier. He comes across as a very polite and friendly person, making sure to schedule a delivery date that suited me before shipping it off. He also asked for me to let him know how I like the watch after it arrived. When it arrived, the watch was clearly well packaged, again showing the care and pride put into offering a great service at a competitive price. This means extensive packaging to ensure no damage was done to the watch during transit. The watch itself is a gorgeous piece with a really pleasant, timeless 1950s pilot aesthetic. Thank you again Peter for allowing us access to these brands that would otherwise require a significant markup and weeks/months of waiting when ordering from overseas. I won't hesitate to shop again when the time comes.
