Bad Customer Service/unit NOT cleaned! We had to clean unit before using kitchen to cook, toilet bowl yellow, carpets and tiles dirty! Called Dowling & Neylan. They sent their cleaning inspector. We showed her dirty cloths we had used. And, yellow toilet bowl. Next day, we still didn't hear back from real estate. I called them. Receptionist sounded annoyed that I had called her! Her tone was one of frustration at me! She said her cleaning inspector didn't think there was much of a problem! She was not helpful! My husband took phone as he could tell I was getting no where. Eventually they sent Roberto to clean. As soon as he walked in, he said... Sorry guys we DID NOT CLEAN YOUR UNIT, I cleaned another unit by mistake! This one hasn't been cleaned since last tenants quite a while ago! We did not receive a call back from the real estate to apologise for the inconvenience, for lack of cleaning and for not believing us! The cleaners honesty is how we found out! Very very disappointing. I have worked in Customer Service for years and Dowling and Neylan's is well below par. Not believing the customer firstly, and then, once finding out it had not ever been cleaned, no apology! 1/10.
