i called into the dentist on a friday at 2.30pm, i was advised the dentist was available but would not see me, even though i was in terrible pain, because i didnt have any money to give them, i was collecting a voucher at 3pm, and told the receptionist this , i offered to leave my credit card while i collected the voucher and they refused, by the time i got my voucher at 3pm the slot was not available, the Receptionist laughed in my face, i spent the weekend in terrible pain, id advise going to another dental practice as this dental practice only care for money, not patients, i would have thought people in the medical profession have a duty of care but i was wrong, ...
