Good value and tasty too. We had the seafood basket for 2 and there was enough calamari and chips left over for the next day's lunch. Probably best to phone in your order as there was a bit of a queue.

If I could give zero stars I would! The attitude of the lady who served us was atrocious. It's called customer service for a reason. If that wasn't bad enough our order came to 25 for half a basket of chips and fish that was deep-fried not grilled like we ordered. We didn't order a fish pack. We ordered a medium chips and separately paid 14 for the fish so there's no excuse. Trying to cover up the lack of chips with a piece of fish cooked incorrectly is just tacky. Bad service and no value for money! Won't be a returning customer that's for sure
I can't recommend Mr Fish highly enough. We buy fish and chips here for both our business and for home, and it is always fresh, delicious and perfectly cooked. Last night we enjoyed 2 fish and chip boxes plus a serve of calamari and I can honestly say it was the highlight of my day! Thank you Mac, Ray and team.
Laughing at reading the reviews as I experienced the exact same thing: 1- Food took 1hr 10min after being told it would take 35mins. 2- Checked on my order after 40min and was told it would take another 35min and the lady on the chip fryer said "what do you want me to do I only has 2 hands" aggressively and said I could cancel the order and get a refund while the owner bloke had a dispute with another customer. 3- Fish and chips were pretty good and generous serving. Would go here again, but the dudes in the shop just get a frazzled when it's busy.
Only takeaway is available. But there's a great small park by the river in there with heaps of benches to eat your meal and enjoy the scenery. We ate fish & chips pack. The variety was great but the food was a bit oily.

We had 2 lots of fish and chips from here I have to say both times excellent... so if your looking for great fish and chips give Mr Fish a go
Hidden away with a tiny shop front I was stunned at the value and variety offered with their family pack. It was more than enough food to feed 2 adults and 3 kids! I ordered a chicken burger on the side as usually I'm left wanting from family packs... The amount of food left over was enough morning tea for the kids next day. Under 50 bucks for the family pack and a burger and it was all decent quality. Sure there might be flashier shops and produce, but what you get for the money is without comparison nearby.
