Italian-owned deli, that serves up a tasty lunch. Had the all-day gnocchi and the smoked duck. Both were delicious. Better value than eating down on Hastings Street.

A great range of meats and cheeses but cmon guys speed things up a little. Even though they are well staffed there is only ever one person slicing meat / cheese while 2 others can be standing around the coffee machine idle. To get some ham and prosciutto will take 10 minutes at least every time. My tip is don’t be shy and think they have seen you when you walk in because most times they have not.

I visited for lunch - really lovely had a chicken on Turkish and shared a delicious raspberry cake... coffee excellent. I will return ... loved the deli selection of all things Italian.

Great new modern looking cafe. We had breakfast and there was only a few customers but it took over half an hour to get the food and then it was cold. We said something and they responded saying they were busy ... we didn't understand this. Won't go back.

Excellent European style food impressive selection of meats and cheeses. We order a simple prosciutto and Brie cheese panino, ham and cheese panino and 2 coffees, great quality and Good service. Easy to order especially with the Cinema next door, was perfect for us. See you again.

Beautiful place and amazing food. If you like Italy, it is a "must". Michelangelo, the owner, is superfriendly and he is very passionate about food.

Will not be coming back to this store! Extremely disappointed on multiple occasions due to rude staff and poor service. Be sure to call when you want to purchase something... as they will most likely be closed because they are 'quiet'. Absolute shocking, save your time and money.

Can just confirm what other people wrote. Unfriendly staff and very long waiting times. Overall a good concept and okay food. However, you should/cannot heat a panini with fresh ruccola and prosciutto di parma.
