I completely understand Covid has thrown everything into disarray and there are delays on products. I just wish this was stated on the website when we purchased a balance bike, instead it notified people purchasing the stock it would be recieved on September 19, 2020. It's now October 25th. We called up to find out what was happening and we were told early October and then again recently told late October. Jumping on the website it now says stock will be released November 5th. Again we understand covid has effected everything but we would have just liked some honesty when purchasing. If they didnt have enough to forefill their orders they shouldnt have offered September 19th. That was the reason we purchased from Rainbow Fun in the first place, they offered the balance bike for the same as everyone else but had an earlier release then all other sites... or so we thought. Really disappointed in the lack of communication with customers.

Good, small toy store with a comprehensive range of European toys like Playmobil. Quite a few card games and puzzles too. Nice website and online ordering system.

We ordered a number of Christmas related Playmobil sets before Christmas... they were well priced, and turned up really quickly (especially given pre-Christmas postage delays from some other vendors). We had a few enquiries about the sets after we received them, which were resolved quickly and easily by Jane. We love Playmobil and would be happy to buy it from Rainbow Fun again. Thank you!
