Appealing customer service, below average cleanliness for a "luxury accommodation" listing and forget about recovering any belongings left behind or any of their staff assisting you to do so. Ridiculous.

Not the service or level of cleanliness I would ever expect for staying at luxury accommodation. I thoroughly enjoyed the house I stayed in but picking up another dog's droppings from the previous stay and a mouldy coffee machine isn't my idea of a 900 per night stay.
We have rented our unit through Richardson & Wrench for the last 13 years. We have found their staff to be very helpful and conscientious, and have conducted quality due diligence whenever new tenants have been required. As a result we have had very few rental problems and the unit has been kept in very good condition. When required, maintenance issues have been resolved promptly and efficiently. We have no hesitation in recommending them for property managers.

I highly recommend Lou at Richardson & Wrench Noosa if you are looking for a professional property manager. Lou found us an excellent tenant. Rent is paid on time every time and our property is looking immaculate. Lou is thorough, prompt and very upfront with no time wasting. I can relax knowing our property is being looked after by a professional.

Very good job. Louise(Lou) was Cooperative, kept us up to date, willing to compromise, did what she said she would do but most of all found a tenant for us pretty quick and at a good price. Recommend highly.
