I was a little unsure as to what was going to happen. I found that Katya was the most supportive and wonderful practioner. She made a potentionally uncomfortable situation very easy, pleasant and as enjoyable as it could be. She was very helpful and informative about the entire treatment. this Heath centre is absolutely amazing! Katya has an immense knowledge around gut Heath and she helped me gain my gut health and a glowing skin back on track. Her centre is also very clean and super relaxing. I recommend a 100% and can't wait to go back for her famous detox program.
The detox massage was so amazing, I've never felt so relaxed and nurtured in my life! I've had lymphatic drainage massage before, but this was better - combining Kinesiology. I'll try the sauna and colonic next time, thank you.
