Above and Beyond! We gave the team at Dental Factory an impossible task of making a particular splint for one of our patients. We called and asked if they would be up for the challenge and, without knowing much about the product, they went out of their way to do the research and promised to deliver. We sent them the impression material that was required with a zero hour time frame of needing the splint completed. As soon as the splint was made (in record time), they knew it wouldn't make it to us in time through the mail, so they drove over 2 hours to hand deliver it to us just in time for our patients appointment.
