Fast to respond and Spot On! I had been looking for the perfect place to buy for weeks. I was finding the process challenging as well as disappointing. I contacted Eric on a Monday which I assume would normally be a day off in the industry. I asked if he could organise a viewing for the house I had heard about in the next couple of days. He got back to me within the hour with a viewing for the same day. I saw it - I loved it - I bought it! The follow up process has been seamless between his office, Eric and myself. I would absolutely recommend Eric and his staff and I can't wait the move in!
Exceptional Agent Chris really listened to what we needed. He was honest, genuine and communicated with us throughout the entire sale process. Excellent realtor I would definitely recommend Eric Seetoo to be your representing agent, he is professional, punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. He is backed by a local agency with a top reputation, enabling the achievement of serious buyers. Whilst the company charges a little more in their commission than others, they bring to the table equal or far better value, so they are worth it. I found Eric both extremely easy to work with, most of our transaction had to be done by emails or phone calls from vast distances away which for some might have been a problem, but Eric made it simple.
