We originally booked a lovely house on Sunshine Beach in January. Unfortunately COVID reared its ugly head once again and the QLD borders were closed to us. Lynn was absolutely amazing, there was no question about a refund that was a given! Lynn went the extra mile and kept the property blocked off for us in case the situation changed, alas, it didn't but who could ask for more than that. I was determined to book with Lynn and Zinc Properties for our next trip, not only do they have the most stunning properties, they are human, not an online booking site, they understand things happen, COVID and honour the customer. We say lets keep it Australian, support Australian Companies and keep the money and jobs local !
Cannot speak highly enough of Zinc Noosa. They are super responsive and fantastic to deal with. We recently had to cancel a holiday due to COVID border restrictions and Colette was super nice about it all and found a way to work through it. Very much appreciated. Don't rent from these guys. Once they get your money, they are very bad at returning emails, and refuse to process refunds, even when they clearly fall within the original rental terms. I'm still waiting for them to return a deposit that is worth 4000 AUD. Don't let this happen to you.
