Guides are mostly marine biologists, their English is almost perfect, very enthousiastic people, but also very professional. The rules to dive the blue sharks and Princess Alice bank are quiet strict, as these are open ocean dives in current. But they read the sea and give you some slack if possible, they don't if they think there is no margin. For me that's a sign they know what they are doing and for that alone 5 stars. I had a good time there.
We would have loved to stay longer and Dive more with Norberto. We had such a good time and loved the whole team. Dive locations are great and you see so many cool things. Our top dive was the blue sharks. Norberto knew how much I wanted to protect and see the sharks and thanks to the team we had an unforgettable experience. Alba is so nice, fun and great diver, We wish we would have dive more times with her. Thanks Norberto, Thanks Alba, and the rest of the team. We will come back. :)
Late commentary about my trip in April 2019. Thanks to Norberto's team, I have been able to realize one of my childhood dream: Seeing whales! Not dolphins, not sperm whale, a big 20-23 m long gray whale! It was so impressive! Thanks again. The team is really nice and that's why I decided to do a scuba diving initiation (I wasn't able to pass my first level due to a lack of time during my holydays). It was so amazing. That why, following the team advices, I have been to Thailand and passed the level 1 of Scuba diving! To put in into a nutshell: interesting, nice, professional and cool team. I recommand!
Top quality dive centre \\ whale watching\\ dolphin swimming, with knowledgable guides (there's a marine biologist guiding the whale watching) speaking perfect English, who are all both professional and easy going. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the equipment was top notch and with decent prices to match. No wonder Nat. Geo. Uses Norberto for all their excursions in the Azores.

Swimming with dolphins was fantastic. It was a little chaotic trying to head them off and jump in the water and get the gopro running and pointed at them so I didn't get as many awesome shots as I hoped but the experience was amazing and we all loved it. The staff was extremely friendly. We had gone whale watching two years before and the experience was enjoyable as well and that time we had a great guide too. I would definitely say that the swimming with dolphins was much more exciting though. Seeing them is fun but being in the water when they swim past is exhilarating.
