Horrible customer service. They wouldn't exchange battery without receipt. There brand of battery I bought it almost 2 years 8 months. Yet like most people I didn't save my receipt. They couldn't test the battery. Why ? I was told I have installed wrong by their Asst.Manager Ashley, went as far as to accuse me of maybe exchanging the month/year sticker.Really... the worst thing Not once was I offer to buy. Maybe some true customer service may have worked. They have none. So I went 2 miles down the street to PepBoys and bought a new for 40 less. They even offered to charge the battery for free. Yet my vehicle is need tonight for work. I will never shop at Autozone again.

10am, I go in ask for a part the guy in the front rudely says “nope we dont have it “! Without even checking the computer or anything ... i proceed to ask the guy if he can check other stores near me who carry the part he says “nope i cant , its out of our district” !! I can hear people laughing in the back room theres people in line the shelves look empty and messy , no one wants to do their job! Im not sure who is running this store but they are doing a terrible job! I live 5 mins away from this store but i rather take my money somewhere else, where they will help you and give you great customer service..

Came into the store today Oscar helped me out and helped me fix my problem. The store staff went above and beyond to help me fix my car when I was stuck.
Good shop, friendly staff. And I always find what I need here.
