Excellent experience and he took the time to walk her through the process and explain everything. She was able to get financed through her own credit union! Joe got her a great deal on a very nice used Suburu with a warranty! We are super happy and thankful!

While looking for a specific vehicle (Suburban or Yukon XL with the 8.1 and leather), AAA pointed me to a matching vehicle at Inland Auto Exchange. I'm halfway across the country from Inland but I called and worked with Joe who took excellent care of me throughout the transaction. This is the second time I've worked with a dealership to purchase a vehicle and the experience was pleasant and positive. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Pictures and video were excellent and Joe was upfront with the condition (which I would say was good for the age), pointing out minor imperfections which may have been missed in the pictures. Some work was known to be needed. Additionally, Joe was easy to work with in getting the vehicle dropped off to a 3rd party for a pre-purchase inspection which turned up a couple of other minor issues that we sorted out. During the process, Joe would send along pictures of the work and keep me in the loop on where things were at. Additionally, in discussion of what I planned to do (replace second row captain's chairs with a bench ) he offered to do some leg work at a local specialty salvage yard. This saved me time and shipping for lining up parts myself. (My wife was happy that I didn't have an extra set of seats hanging around for however long that would have happened). During discussions, I encountered an issue with paperwork which was my fault and Joe got what I needed and sent out a second overnight packet with the corrected paperwork. Based off my experience, I would highly and without reservation recommend Joe and Inland Auto Exchange.
