Absolutely love Les Schwab! I have been a customer in 3 states and countless locations. Never disappointed with the service. They set the bar for tire stores. I was so happy to see they had built one in Norco when I moved back last year
Buyer beware!! Very disappointed. Very bad communication from Cody on down. I needed new breaks on the rear axle on a newer explorer. I know I checked. I work on vehicles and calipers do go bad but mine were just fine. Time prevented me from doing them myself so I trusted Les Schwab. One rotor was bad and I agreed to replace it with new pads on each wheel. The other rotor was to be \turned\. Upon picking up my vehicle (the next day). Yes, the had it an entire day. My invoice stated two new rotors, two new remanufactured calipers, new pads. 500 dollars for one axle needing breaks is not cheap. I believe Les Schwab is Price Gouging. Did I really need new calipers on both sides? Yes, I could of yelled and demanded louder not to pay for the calipers that I did not agree or authorize. However, I was so angry I paid the extra 200 dollars and got the heck out of there before I went lost it...lol. I will not be back. There are better and more honest companies in Norco.
Very friendly service. I arrived early for my brake check and they got me right in and did a thorough inspection. Definitely coming back.
