Nikki is the best! My two pup's come home looking and smelling awesome. She always takes excellent care of Evey and Blue and treats all of us like we're family. Highly recommend this spot for your four legged friends.

They did a good job on my Pekingese male but a chop job on my Shih Tzus face and her ponytail. I ended up having to trim her face up some more because it was still too long even after I told them that it was long to begin with the first time. When they came back out with her it was still too long but at that point I didn't want to deal with it anymore so I said it was fine.

Rascal had his first visit to Nikki's. Amy took great care of him. Rascal can be aggressive. He doesn't like to be picked up but he let them carry him into the spa, he didn't even try to bite. At 16 years old he's slow and can be grumpy. They handled him expertly. Will recommend to all my family and friends.

Been coming here for quite some time. We have two small dogs that get groomed. Never had a complaint so far and we've been coming here for about 6 years! They are always real sweet with us & our babies! We've been late a couple of times & they have been so accommodating. They never get upset at us and make us feel like monsters. They are very professional and their facility is clean & beautiful! I love the xtra special touch they give our girls with either cute ear bands or a fun fabric bandana scarf! Love it!!

They left my elderly Yorkie without water for hours, and didn't bother calling us to let us know they were done with her grooming. My dog was exceedingly stressed at the end of it all. I highly do not recommend.
