I use to go to this place for a loan. Previously I had no issues with the staff there. Recently I went to this location on Jimmy Carter Blvd and the young lady inspected my car and told me that she couldn’t give me a loan being that my windshield was cracked. That was the reason for me getting the loan to have it fixed. I’ve always paid back my loans without any complications. So I went home a got my other cans came back and she said that I had exceeded the mileage requirements and couldn’t give me a loan and I hardly ever drive that car. She never mentioned that the windshield was cracked on that car, she just didn’t want to give me a loan. So I drove less than a half of mile down the street to TitleMax a got a loan in 15min to fix both windshields. I will never advise anyone to go to this location. Go see Tatiana at TitleMax. She’s the best... Thanks TitleMax
