Great service! I brought my Nikon 3300 with defective lenses. They exchanged them under the warranty and gave the new lenses to me the same day instead of keeping the camera to determine the flaw (cause I was going on a mountain trip the very next day!). The staff is competent and kind and they speak English too (which I find incredibly helpful).

Was gibt es hier zu meckern? Nichts! Das Geschäft ist gut gelegen und bietet ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter sind mehr als Kompetent und Freundlich. Jede Frage wurde tiefgehend beantwortet ( ohne das man das Gefühl hatte als Laie von Fachausdrücken erschlagen zu werden), sie haben immer einen guten Tip oder Rat zur Hand und man merkt einfach das da Menschen sitzen die Ihren Beruf aus Leidenschaft ausüben und gerne Ihre Erfahrungen teilen. Mir sind die knapp 100Km Anfahrt für den Service alle male wert und das beste ist die können und wollen nicht nur verkaufen und austauschen die reparieren auf höchsten Niveau. Fazit, wenn mal was mit der Kamera sein sollte ,dann da hin!
