Zero stars! We bought a Premium Selection car and coming from another country we paid in advance and scheduled a meeting to pick-up with car with our contact person. This contact person was the only one that sold such cars and he took a day off exactly that day. Nobody else knew the required documents to hand over for a Premium Selection car and I had to call BMW AG Munchen in order to obtain everything. Should I also mention that we were not invited even for a glass of water untill somebody came to deliver the car (aprox. 40 minutes)? What about the fact that car has 2 years warranty and they changed the terms of this warranty after 6 months, without prior notice (they added a deductible fee). So, do NOT buy from this dealer. It ruins BMW image.

I wanted to buy a car from this place, but i stayed 30 min. looking arround and nobody of the staff came. I was shoked from this! I felt as i am not a client. I think if i worked there i would sell more cars. Client is God!
