First time home owner and we've been in our house for 3 years. Our heating unit stopped working this morning the temperature was 30 degrees! Panic Mode set it. I called several different companies and all were booked for same day service. I spoke with Debbie and she scheduled me for next day but said she'd try to get a tech out same day if their schedule allowed. We got a call from Dean C. who said he'd be able to come out same day. Dean was very transparent in his work. I was inclined to just let him do his thing but he suggested that I watch the work he was doing so I could be informed. I won't bore you with the specifics, but I feel more informed about how to read the LED light codes and help trouble shoot if I need to call them back out. Dean also proactively shared with me annual service recommendations. I was confident in the information he shared and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend Nordstrom Heating & Air to my family, friends, and neighbors.

Nordstrom Heating and Air replaced our Old and dying furnace and our old AC unit Feb. 4th. West and Aaron were very nice, on time and did their work in a timely manner. Got to give a SHOUT out to Jason the owner to have come over to see how things went and we are very please with the work that they did. I would really recommend Nordstrom Heating and Air to do the replacement of a furnace and/or AC unit or heat pump. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

Great company and people! They are responsive and easy to work/communicate with. Very professional, informative, and timely. We had work done at our skilled nursing facility and they were attentive to all the policies and procedures/infection control practices/etc. Highly recommend!!!

Dean Clark, Service Tech., provided excellent service to my two furnaces. Very thorough in his evaluation, as it had been three years since his last service visit. He left the furnace, and surrounding areas in good order. He is also very polite and courteous! Kudos!

Recently my heater quit working. It just happened to be the coldest week of the year so far. Nordstrom's came out that day to look at my heater. The technition determined it would need to be replaced and showed me why. The salesman came by and helped us determine what we would need. My heater was replaced quickly and professionally the same week. The installers were polite and patient showing me how to use and program the new unit. Thank you Nordstrom Heating and Air.
