Dr Smith and his staff are great! From my check in to check out was very well organized but I didn’t feel like they were machines. Thank you all so much for everything! To Catherine Harris below: your comment is likely the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. My IQ dropped reading it. You do realize we are in the middle of a pandemic and it’s highly Unlikely they are “scared”. It’s called being smart, something we all see you are not. They are doing the right thing for us, patients; and their staff. You are selfish and entitled. I would bet money they are thankful you are going elsewhere with that childish, ignorant, and uneducated response. IMHO

Shame on this practice for not seeing patients in person. People are sitting on airplanes shoulder to shoulder for hours crammed together like sardines and you’re too scared to see a patient for 15 measly minutes. Shame on you! You should not be in this profession. Stay in your basement. You are gouging people at this point doing video-only appointments. You’re probably going in restaurants and Target but won’t see a patient in person. That’s pathetic care. IMHO.

I would never use this organization again, I was recommended by my family doctor who referred me and I went in for appointment and was asked 4 questions to prep for colonoscopy. Appointment was made to have it done in September 2018 and received a call 3 weeks prior to say they did not accept my insurance when I was told they did. Then they preceded to tell me after that I owed them the money for the visit, keep in mind that 4 questions cost me 175.00. I called to complain that they had my insurance info before I came for first visit and no one checked this and now I owe for visit? They were willing to do nothing except have me eat the money then when I refused to pay they sent me to collections. Be careful with this organization! Now I have to file complaint at BBB.
