I would not go any where else. This was my first experience cremating a pet, they were kind, compassionate and spoke so softly. I was able to deliver my precious cat to them myself, I felt confident handing my pet over to them. Received the highest of respect and so did my beloved Mabel. Would like to say a huge thank-you to all staff which made this sad time much more bearable.

I've just collected my beautiful horse of 20 years. Sadly its the second time we have used them but I wouldn't use anyone else. Everyone is sympathetic and respectful. What a beautiful setting for my horse to come to for her cremation. Thank you

I can't recommend Peaceful Pets enough. They were professional and caring from the first phone call to the collecting of my horses ashes. They were so helpful and made a very difficult time a little easier.

We lost our beloved pet Max far too soon. Although we knew he had a very serious heart condition, when his time finally came it still felt like he had been ripped from us. As if mourning his loss wasn’t hard enough, we had to navigate what to do with his remains during the height of lockdown. Peaceful Pets was recommended to us by the Queen Mother Veterinary College and we still feel grateful for that. They took care of everything and on the day we went to see Max one last time before taking his ashes home we really did find some peace. The location is idyllic and restorative in its own right, full of meadows and trees and horses nearby, but what really moved us was the sensitivity and sincerity the staff used in their approach. Thank you Ian and Ray for being so kind and accommodating and thank you to everyone at Peaceful Pets for helping us to bring Maxy back home.
