I have been a patient of the Norlane Dental surgery for many many years and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Led by Yvonne, who has always been extremely efficient and lovely to chat to, the reception staff never make you feel rushed or unimportant. Rashi and Sarah are lovely to deal with and have taken my son (now 18) through his long journey of orthodontic care. They explained his whole treatment plan and he has never had any anxiety at any stage through that journey.

I’m so impressed with this Dental Practice. All of the reception staff are wonderful. They’re very friendly and go out of their way to help if needed. My Dentist, Dr Sandra Chee, is absolutely fabulous. I’ve had a lot of work done, Sandra and the nurses always made sure I was comfortable. I felt calm and relaxed during every hour Sandra worked on my teeth. I highly recommend this Practice, particularly Sandra, if you’re anything like me and hate going to the dentist. Thank you to the entire team... you’re awesome!

From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by Yvonne who puts you at ease straight away. I was then in the chair of Ben who being so young has a very calming effect on you. He explained every step he took so that you stayed relaxed. I would recommend him to anyone who has a fear of dentists. Norlane Dental Surgery will always have me as a patient.
