Great inventory, uninformed salesmen who cant speak intelligently about their cars. Neither salesperson I spoke with today could talk to me about the differences between the insight and accord. I was just sent outside to look at the cars and read the signs. Wont be buying a car here.

Our experience at this Honda dealer ship would be rated zero stars if it was possible. The customer service at this establishment is chaotic. We came in three times and called about 5, but had no answer from anybody. The times we came in, we were turned away as soon as possible because “every sales representative was busy”, even though other customers came in and were greeted and helped immediately. When a sales representative was going to come over to help us, other representatives came up to whoever was going to help in order to let them know not to help us. It is clear that this Honda dealership does not care about representing Honda as an amazing company. The employees only care about commission and their personal selves, but not the customer or their job.
