My mum came in today to book an appointment on my behalf and she came back to tell me that she absolutely loved the customer service and will be looking to book more appointments with you in the future. In particular, she really appreciated the way the young receptionist at the counter went above and beyond to help her out :)))

Went with my partner to get his itchy, sore ears checked out. The doctor did not wear gloves, nor did he use antibacterial disinfectants/ hand sanitiser. He did not place a cover on the ear scope, he was very rough as he looked in my partners ear. After exclaiming that he had a fungal ear infection he proceeded to place the same scope with no cover into the other ear. My partner now has a fungal infection in the other ear. On top of all of this there were dead bugs on the bed cover. After touching my partner's skin, he proceeded to type on his keyboard; still with no disinfecting or hand washing. Overall, we were not impressed with the service.

Convenient place which bulkbills. It avoids waiting at reception for payment and avoids unnecessary contacts. At arrival, receptionist was really pleasant by taking time to discuss. During consult, the doctor wss very helpful by answering all questions. He was wearing a mask and seemed to follow all precautionary measures. I enquired when the staff should get vaccinated. The receptionist advised probably next week.

Receptionist was wonderful and the facility is bulk bill however that is where the service stops. The Dr was more interesting in catching up on being behind schedule than assisting with my blocked ears.

The Doctor who I was booked with not waited there for me for my appointment. He just walked out in front of me and when I asked to the admin, I was replied that my appointment time was 15 min earlier which was absolutely wrong. I reached there 10 min earlier than my exact appointment time.The Doctor did not show any courtesy to his patient.Never going back and not suggesting to anyone.

Very friendly staff, got me booked in within two hours of my call. The doctor was also very fast but not rushed. Was a bit sceptical after seeing some reviews but everything was smooth and efficient, and made me feel welcome there.

I've been here on a few occasions and every time I've gone there the doctor has miss diagnosed me. I first went there for chest pain and he told me it was asthma, then gastro, then anxiety. I went there for a sore throat with no other cold and flu symptoms and I was made to get a covid test; it's not covid so after all this muck around it's safe to say even though it's convenient for me, I won't be back.

I cannot believe the reviews I have read below. I live 40 mins away but I will not change doctors The wonderful ladies in reception always kind and helpful. Dr Moussa is a very kind understanding doctor and always listens. Never feel rushed. Honestly I can’t believe the comments are for Bennetts road seriously they are great.
