I've never been treated so poorly at a fast food place. I ordered online and was not given all of my items. When I pointed this out they told me I was wrong. I showed them the itemized email on my phone. They acknowledged that it was different but that they go off of the screen. They told me to leave, literally said bye and shooed me away with their hands. They would not give me the food I paid for. I was bewildered and flabbergasted. I left. There was no sense in arguing further. Also, before I even showed them the email, the worker listed off the things on his screen to appear correct and jumped around saying \Boom!\ as though he was correct. I literally have never seen such unprofessional and rude behavior. I've had slow service, not so friendly service, missing items, you name it... This was unbelievable. They were incredibly slow as well and wearing their face masks down.

Has very good spices, always cooked to perfection, and fresh, and crunchy love that most of all.
Dining room was not open. Drive thru was incredibly slow. Waited in line in excess of 20 minutes.
We were craving this since travels have taken us places Church’s Chicken isn’t located. The food was great, however, we noticed the drive thru guy had taken our card & didn’t return for a while. This was odd because he walked away from the window also. A few days later an unauthorized charge notification appeared in our email. Luckily, we take precautions regarding our account. Consumers beware!!!!
