Ordered pizza and they claimed it would only be 45 minutes, now i have been waiting an hour and a half, if not longer, and all I get told when calling is that the pizza should still be warm since they've had it on a heating rack for an hour. Definitely never ordering from here again... I dont recommend

I am waiting for a General Manager or Owner's phone number. I work two minutes from this location and they are the ones who are my default delivery store. Friday I ordered a Chicken Carbonara without mushrooms (I'm allergic) and an Italian Sausage pasta and there were mushrooms in the Carbonara. The manager, Brenda, who reached out was terrible wanting to credit me 7 for a tin that costs 7.04 ignoring the delivery fees; petty, so I was going to let it go. I ordered again today, only the Italian Sausage pasta. I waited an hour for food from the establishment, they texted me telling me they were in my neighborhood (mind you I can see their store from my location) and it took ANOTHER 30 minutes to get to me with my food. When I FINALLY got my food this is what was brought to me. I am livid.
This place is the worst. It doesn’t matter time of day or order. The individuals who work there are incompetent. This is one of two pizza places that deliver to my house and this is the only pizza place in the area that has never delivered to my house. Picking up is no better. I have tried like 5 time because there super convenient, but I have been let down and each time worst then the last.
I placed an order Online...spoke with someone, ordered the chicken carbonara dish with Extra sauce. They did not put extra sauce, it was extra dry!!! COMPLETELY disappointed!! Never again will I place the order online.

There starting to get better and their pizza tastes amazing. also they need more delivery drivers so they can get there orders out faster so give them a break from the rude comments.
Rude as hell. If you dont want to work then dont. Treat your customers the way u want ro be treated
Good pizza delivery driver needs some re-training or should tread lightly.
