I would put minus 5 stars. Absolutely disgusting attitude from member of staff . I went to collect my parcel with my two little girls delivered from Ebay. The lady from the shop start shouting front of my daughters and told me do not come to her shop because she did not now how to deal with Ebay collection procedure. Moreover not wearing face masks.
