I've been going to Karen on and off with various issues for a few years now. Most recently, she has supported me recovering from a nasty shoulder injury. Fully Covid compliant, very professional and supportive and highly knowledgeable - Karen has a range of equipment and treatments to really challenge your recovery. Highly recommended for all sports injury support and indeed any general / work injuries or niggles. And on top of that, she's a really nice person as well.

I have been to MFG massage several times now, its a great escape for relaxation and to priorities your wellbeing! alongside sports massage which I highly recommend. I have been to Karen with injuries and aches and pains and she take all that into consideration when making a specific therapy plan for you. Karen is very professional and an all round lovely person. 100% recommend!
I decided to go for a sports massage after getting aches and pains and just needing to stop, take time out for myself and slow down. After my first session with Karen I realised that it's not just the physical aspect of the therapy but a whole lifestyle change that's needed. This is where I would rate Karen very highly. She is very knowledgeable and incorporates health & well being into her practice which I believe makes the therapy much more effective. Lovely welcoming friendly environment , after only 2 sessions I'm already feeling the benefits and making small changes.
I can't recommend Karen enough. Not only is she an amazing physical therapist she is an amazing person too. Karen's knowledge is endless and every session is thorough and enjoyable. The whole family sees her and swears by her.
Just had my first treatment since lockdown. Highly recommended. Not only was the cleanliness and precautions at the highest standard in the current climate but Karen really listened and diagnosed my back and neck issues. I cannot thank her enough and will be returning regularly.
