The thing about norms is that they are great for their value and honest about pricing. They helped me do a quick fix and charged for it, not it plus 2 hours of labor like many places do. Absolutely worth going there.

Every single time I've brought my car here, they do shotty work and it reflects. Went in for a simple headlight change and they did not screw the fender back on so it was destroyed on top of damage to the wheel. Additionally, they were too cheap to put in a new oil filter during an oil change so now my car is having engine problems. Never going back and letting everyone in Lincoln know to avoid at all literal costs.
