I was happy to see, and not at all surprised by, Norm Lacasse’s five-star rating on this site! I contacted Norm for an upgrade to my apartment and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and honesty when it came to project costs and time frame estimates. He discussed with me in detail what the work would entail and even made suggestions on how to make the project more cost efficient for me, without losing any of my desired end results. Norm proved himself to be extremely talented and reliable and I was thrilled with the final results of the project. I could not wait to show my friends and family my new apartment look! Norm is one of the good guys, someone with strong work ethics who takes pride in and enjoys what he does, qualities that are evident in his exemplary workmanship. Norm installed my steel security doors front and back and was just amazing!. So professional, punctual and I cannot say enough good things about his wonderful work. I will recommend him to all I know.
I hired Norm to do many projects around my new home; replace doors, trim, painting, removal of cabinets and repair of walls. He also lowered vents from the middle of the walls. I could go on listing more projects, but the important things to note are that he arrived when he said he would, was professional and competent, he stayed on budget to the reasonable quote he provided up front, and left my home immaculate. Whatever the work you need done, I would highly recommend you contact Norm first. You will not be disappointed! He and his work are GREAT!
We had a really tricky situation getting a new dishwasher in where the floor and cupboards had been built up around the old one. Norm got the old one out and the new one in with the cupboards and floor still intact. He also installed an over-the-range microwave where I was sure the cupboard would have to be redone - and he saved every bit of the cupboard! Impressive to say the least. Just immaculate work.
