Genuinely Nick is the best solicitor I have ever worked with. Super responsive and would get back to emails almost immediately. Very knowledgeable and wouldn't allow corners to be cut that would inevitably have come back to haunt us. I can imagine how this might be frustrating if you are on the wrong side of him but you couldn't want anyone better in your corner as either vendor or buyer. The house sale went through brilliantly and I feel absolutely reassured that were we to sell there would be no issues. Thank you so much Nick.

Very helpful and professional before they receive your money. As soon as your money is in their account no help whatsoever you’re on your own. They wrote up all the court papers so I could post them to court. After having court send them back to me several times over 6 months. Turns out the solicitors gave me the wrong court papers, wanted another 300 off me to correct them and they still probably would be wrong. Avoid norrie Waite & slater solicitors the worst solicitors in Sheffield.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.....If i could give zero stars I would. This is probably the worst company I have every come across and it down to one person Nick Elliott. I cant belive how unprofessional he is and how he even has job in this line of work. He nearly mess up his clients sales for him as all he did was delay everything and never responding to email or saying he was out of office at like 12pm. Even after the sale, he cause us alot of stress and nearly messing up our new purchase, by not sending the paper work required. Just avoid at all costs!!
