Been trying to call an schedule an appointment for over a week. No one answers the phone or it is always busy. This is people's lives you are messing with here. Ive waited weeks to find out why my unemployment missed two payments even though a filed my bi weekly on time. It just stopped and magically started again. No online help, no one to get ahold of. Bet the employees are getting paid tho..... UPDATE In response to the response: The phones DONT RING. They are always busy. Two days ago I got thru, it sad stay on the line, then said Thank you for calling goodbye!!!!

This office is closed. Would have been nice to know. Indicative of the state of Unemployment aid during this time. No one answers, no one responds to emails. Brutal.
