Worst customer service ever. Very rude workers on the window , I ordered a twist of custard and the guy never asked what size I wanted and walked away before I could tell him, gave me probably the smallest size they offer. Disappointed the manager/ owner really needs to train their workers better when it comes to customer service

Teen girls are awesome. Always get what I want, always extra whip and sprinkles. Social distancing outside is hard to follow with the set up. No standing spots on ground to help customers.

I was getting a large juice pear from this location witch is a normal visit for me every week for the last couple of years . Going forward I will never spend money at this location again . Today there was two young ladies at the register, I asked for my order and it was handed to me shortly after. when I received it I noticed that with my order and the other items I had in my vehicle I wouldn't be able to handle it all , so I asked for a lid to cover me Italian ice, The young women's response was I cant we are not allowed to give out lids with the extra ice on top we would have to take the extra off and put a flat lid on it. Now i'm not one to complain but the manager or owner has to do a better job at this facility , they only have two sizes (S) or (L) options to select from but to me it seems there always a issue here . The manager over heard what was going on and tried to act as if that was right. I asked , dose it make since to make a order at a restaurant and receive the order, and you realize after you receive the order that you cant stay and you have to go. next you ask for a box and they say , Sorry sir we can give you a box for your meal but we have to take the fries out , for the same price . How would that work for you. The reason I'm making this review is because of how the manager act toward me (the customer and for him to intrude on a A,B conversation and walk away with attitude after a asked a good question to me is totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional. His Attitude after asking why seemed as if he got really frustrated and it showed more on his face.
