Very mixed feelings on this one but have to say that the bad overshadowed the good and made for this poor review. The doctor was friendly and had a very nice way of interacting. The downside was the office staff. I went to an appointment in September and before going back to see the doctor the woman at thebdeak basically told me the referral had not gone through. She made the decision to send me back and deal with it on the back-end. Well, what the actually meant was that she would harass me for the better part of two months and I would have to spend hours on the phone with various parties. Even after my insurance decided to just cover the appointment, I received a letter stating that they had been trying to reach me by phone which was stretching the truth. Then oddly enough they ask in the letter if I will be coming to my next appointment. Something is missing here.

I always look forward to my appointments at NPA. Their staff is oh so friendly and their office is spotless. Just being a patient for a few months, I've been greeted and treated as if I've been a patient for years! Dr. Kasper is so sweet. Even though, I mainly saw Dr. Ruane as he is who performed my surgery, she still popped into one of my follow-up appointments to ask how I was feeling. Dr. Ruane is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. His bedside manner from my first appointment to my most recent post-op follow up has always been spectacular. He made sure I knew what I needed to know, gave detailed instructions and even took my calls after hours regarding issues post op. Out of every doctor's office I've ever been to, this is hands down my favorite!
