Easy food on the move. very nice touch to get real plates and cutlery when eating in.

Inconsistent quality and quantity of the food. One day you get a huge amount of great quality food, the next day you order the same thing and get a tiny amount of pretty bad food. Any combination of these extremes is likely to be what you get. Last time we went the lime chicken was burnt.
